The plumbing had issues, as the shower valve on the shower knob was clogged and had to be tended to by the maintenance man. Also, the commodes flushed, but wouldn’t refill the water box without some manual help. Otherwise, the property, personnel and food excellent

Getting the reservation right before the solar eclipse meant paying out the wazoo. The room and the breakfast were nice, though.

This property was clean and staff were nice. As soon as I walked into the lobby, it smelled fresh and clean and was warmly greeted by the GM. The breakfast was good and was well stocked by the attendant. Beds are firm but comfortable. Only complaint was that the shower curtain wouldn’t completely close or stay shut so water would leak all over the bathroom.

The staff was excellent, very professional and accommodating. My only complaint, both my husband and I feel a hotel/motel should have a REAL pot of COFFEE. Not a hot chocolate machine that doubles as coffee maker. Other than that everything was great.

Compared to other hotels we've stayed in Brownwood, this is a gem. Others ok or even nice but this was best value & great staff. Room was made up every day which is first place since pandemic that did. We will stay here again.

I get there I try to check in the lady looks at my ID and says oh no I can't rent this to you your local refuses to give me a refund told me to go to the website that I used to make them reservation went to the website they said I had the hotel they contacted the hotel and the hotel refused to give them a refund so how did I how was my check-in it didn't exist I did not get to check in I was allowed to walk in and ask how to get a refund and was told that I don't receive one and then was told that I was rude and disrespectful when my friend witnessed this lady telling me that I was not allowed to check in and that I was apparently having to go to the website instead of through her news apparently news to me later on I found out that the checking was one hour in the afternoon I'm not sure why there's a hotel with one hour check in time and not sure why y'all only reserve rooms for non-local people with my house was burnt down what is my pipes were broken in my house what if there's no plumbing going on what if there was an emergency and this was the only hotel with the room that was available to me are you telling me you would have still not checked out check the room now to me that's sad thank you better Business Bureau cuz that's where this is headed

You neither a credit card for incidentals and we do charge 150.00 for locals. We talked to the mother and father and they agreed. What we handle things was according to our standards.

This place was great. The room was really nice and we were only five minutes away from the wedding venue we were going to. A bonus they had the travel channel in the room and terror in the woods marathon was on.

There is literally no insulation in the walls so you can hear everything - the people above, below, and around you. It was the noisiest stay I’ve ever had. I didn’t sleep at all because the neighbors kept their tv on forensic files all night and the people above me wore their cowboy boots around and stomped in at 2am each night. So awful. So loud.
