The house is located on an enclosed property with an outdoor swimming pool, where you will find the refreshment on hot summer days and you will surely have a good time with your loved ones. The spacious, covered terrace is the perfect place to grill with family and friends, prepare delicious meals and then enjoy them together at the large outdoor dining table.

The house has a total living area of 180 sqm on three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a two persons sleeping couch, one double bedroom with double bed, bathroom equipped with shower and hydromassage bathub and another bedroom with double bed and private bathroom.

At the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed, balcony and private bathroom.

In the basement under the sundeck there is an air-conditioned living area with a large dining table, sofa and TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with pumps for wine and beer available upon request at an additional cost. There is also one bedroom with double bed and TV and a bathroom.
