Villa Chiara is modern villa in a small Istrian village near Novigrad.Spacious living room, super equipped kitchen, one bedroom with bathroom and toilet are located on the ground floor, while upstairs are 3 more luxuriously decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom is connected by external terraces that provide a fantastic view of the Istrian landscape. Use it for your first morning coffee in peace with the chirping of birds.The villa is located on a plot of 980m2, on the surface of which there is an outdoor kitchen of 30mq with barbecue, outdoor furniture, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The plot is fenced so that in peace you can enjoy the company of your pet who is welcome in our villa Chiara.Up to 2 pets, low and medium height, are allowed.The pool can be heated, heating service is charged 20,00Eur per day.The villa is fully air conditioned.
