"Overall the site was okay. We were in Munich for Oktoberfest . The hotel was not the most convenient (20-30 minute subway ride from Munich), and price was quite high for what you get. Doors in bathroom didn't fit properly (both the actual door between rom and bathroom and the shower door). This caused having to dry water after every shower. Hotel is quite large and is quite a walk to get to room. Not a lot of choices for restaurants in area, though did enjoy the authentic German food in hotel's restaurant."

"Location is very good, near to train station which made the travel between city center and other places easier. Breakfast is OK. Rooms are very sub-standard 1. Pillows and beds are virtually flat and not comfortable. 2. No glass to drink water in the room, you are pretty much dependent on your own water bottle 3. No bar at the hotel I will consider this again only for its location"

"The staff was exceptional. Mustafa at the desk and a lovely lady in the breakfast area were especially helpful. The location was my main concern until we learned how to use the local transportation. Then all was well. Had a bit of difficulty controlling room temperature."

"This is a newer complex. Arrival was very pleasant. Parking can be indoors for a fee but parking on the street is free. The hotel is directly beside the train station so very easy to get to get to the tourist locations. A nice feature of the hotel is that if you do not require housekeeping, you get a free water or beer per person. The hotel is very stylish and there is a grocery store on the ground level."
