"Hotel is pretty much brand new and everything is clean, not even any dirt in-between the tiles !! Very modern room with all the latest technology. Balcony was refreshing too. Staff were friendly and gave us a welcome drink. Had valet parking. Breakfast options were limited but tasty."

"We made a last minute booking for our family at this hotel. The location was superb as was the quality of the hotel. The rooms felt very spacious and private, there was a great kids pool as well as a huge main pool and even a lovely seaside terrace with access to the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - they would do everything possible to help with our every request BUT there were not enough staff - particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff were so overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand which meant it could be hard to find a clean table, a plate or even sometimes food. There was also no children’s menu for dinners and the dinner service was late by UK kids standards. We have fussy eaters which meant this was very difficult for us to navigate. Again the staff were so great - always trying to help us. Food wise for the adults it was fabulous - we absolutely loved the Japanese restaurant right on the waters edge. It’s been an incredible holiday and I would highly recommend for families. "
