The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. This was at the end of our Sicilian adventure and a great way to finish. The staff are friendly, communicative and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is as good as it possibly can be. The hotel is clean, in a great location and the rooms are beautiful.

Very attentive and accommodating staff. We were able to drive to location to unload bags, then staff arranged valet parking which is worth the 25euros as the narrow streets can be challenging with a larger vehicle. Front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and travel tips. Room was very large and comfortable with modern amenities in a beautiful older building that is photo worthy. Highly recommend this place.

Emanuella was extremely helpful. Before we arrrived she sent me multiple what’s app notices on parking information and for our arrival. She was very nice and very helpful even with the dinner suggestions. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Close to all the sites. Would recommend it to everyone who is coming to Siracusa.
