Boutique Hotel Sablon by CW Hotel Collection

Boutique Hotel Sablon by CW Hotel Collection

8/10 Good
"It took quite a while to finally get the circuit breaker fixed for our room. My husband says you should create a map of circuit breakers because they are scattered all over the hotel & in fact ours was in a locked closet in our room so that’s what caused the delay with getting it fixed. I certainly didn’t mean a 1 star rating. That was a mistake. I’m not sure how that happened. I give a 4 star rating. And other than this delayed response to getting out circuits fixed I give a high rating for the staff. Comfortable mattress. Full wall of windows. Beautiful full length velvet grey drapes, spacious room. Pretty breakfast room. A month later we are missing you all from California!"

Hotel Aragon

Hotel Aragon

8/10 Good
"Our room was a large top floor in the separate access with stairs up from the lift. It was beautifully clean, modern and well-presented although the bathroom was a bit small for a room of this category in a 4* hotel. There were two double wardrobes with a safe and minibar but no drawers. There was a pods coffee machine but no kettle for making tea. We had a very good buffet breakfast on the last day. I recommend La Trappe, a basement bar with vaulted ceilings next door to the Aragon House annexe for an amazing selection of Belgian beers. We were only a few minutes walk from the Market and a 1 or 2 bus from the Stadschouwberg to Brugge Station so it is very convenient."

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing staff. The hotel did our laundry for free, delivered to our room in a few hours. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and gym is decent. It’s walkable to the old town and train stations but there are also frequent buses that stop immediately adjacent to the hotel. We loved Bruges and we loved this hotel."

Canal View Hotel Ter Brughe by CW Hotel Collection

Canal View Hotel Ter Brughe by CW Hotel Collection

8/10 Good
"Really lacked of enclosed showering, Not used to shower in an open bath. Guests in the room above you could literally hear every step and move. 3rd floor and no lift does not help but since its historic building we can let this go. 2 windows overlooking the canal had beds at them so €330 a night with canal view wasnt quite with canal view unless you open window and peak out while sitting on the bed."
