"El lugar es muy lindo y espacioso, además es muy iluminado. Todo está perfectamente equipado y muy limpio. El baño cuenta con toallas, shampoo, jabón, y de buena calidad. La lavadora funciona de maravilla y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Hay un refri pequeño q funciona muy bien. Lo único que cuesta un poco de trabajo es que el anfitrión conteste, tarda un poco y es escueto. Súper recomendable 👍"

Dukes’ Academie – by Dukes’ Hotel Collection

Dukes’ Academie – by Dukes’ Hotel Collection

8/10 Good
"The Hotel was clean and tidy with a lovely reception area. Our room was spacious and the breakfast choices were excellent. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the tourist area of Bruge. This means you pay an extra tourist tax for the privilege of staying here, which we were not made aware of prior to our stay. We also were not made aware that the access to the hotel by car is limited and you cannot drive near it between the hours of 1-6pm. Consequently, we have been fined and again this is not explained when booking so to avoid it. Staff could have been more friendly."

"Lovely for a family stay. Swimming pool had long access hours. Beds are quite soft and we had two pillows of different levels of firmness each. Buffet breakfast was lovely but probably not worth €28. No coffee machine but staff gives you a pot of coffee or tea and ask you if you want a refill. Will definitely recommend it."

"The hotel is in a great location, a very short walk to the square and their breakfast was outstanding. My only complaint was not having an elevator to carry luggage up to the room. (no bellboy to help) After a long flight, hauling several suitcases up a long flight wasn't expected or appreciated. The main building has an elevator, however, I had no idea we weren't in the main building when I booked the rooms. It worked out ok, but definitely not what I expected."

8/10 Good
"The hotel was pretty decent and for the most part the stay was perfectly fine. The room was under stocked with tea, milk, sugar and coffee. For two guests, we only had two coffees and two milks when we arrived, which is a bit lousy as that means, technically we could only have one coffee each from check in to the following morning. I had to ask the staff for more, which they did provide but I do feel as though they could have considered providing more in a room on check in. The room itself was ok, but the air conditioning practically did nothing although we’d tried setting it to cool. Between that, the bed and duvet it felt very hot which means I struggled to sleep. Perhaps thinner duvets should be provided in summer."
