Wonderful experience. Beautiful property. Relaxing pool and sauna. Elisabeth took great care of us and welcomed us with champagne. Lovely people and great food! Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Beautiful hotel, spa was free to use. Indoor pool and steam sauna. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was just ok

A great location just across from the railway station and a short walk to the Petit France area. We had a small double room on the 5th floor. It was perfectly suitable for our 3 night stay. All the staff we met were friendly and helful. The breakfast selection was ample, fresh and tasty. Certainly recommend.

Great location for the Christmas markets, just 2 blocks to get there. Hotel was lovely, room was great and staff were helpful and spoke beautiful English. The hotel restaurant has wonderful food. Totally enjoyed our stay

Unfortunately scaffolding round building- in dact wondered if hotel shut. Once inside- pleasant decoration. Friendly staff. Bedrooms had no extras but had been8 newly refurbished and bathroom had top quality porcelain. Nice sheets. Good breakfast. Water always available in lobby. Handy for staation and old town. No kettle in bedroom.
