"Our family stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was an amazing time. The property is new, spacious, clean, modern with a cozy feel and offers privacy for outdoor fun. We have stayed many places and the Codax Retreat by far is one of the BEST places we have stayed at. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for comfort and optimal fun with their family. :-) "

"My girlfriend and I stayed for her birthday. It’s a great little spot for a couple or handful of people! No kitchen to cook with, but that’s easy to work around during a short stay, if you’re prepared or don’t need one. Plenty to do in the area! Host is a nice guy. "

"If beautiful views, clean cabins with great amenities, clean lake water, and relaxation are your things, this vacation property is an excellent choice. The tranquil call of the loons each evening were a perfect ending to each day. The main cabin and bunkhouse were very clean and tastefully decorated to make you feel very comfortable. We had near perfect weather for all activities. Everything we had hoped for."

"We loved our 5th year of renting this cabin. The addition/remodel of bunks in the loft was a hit with my granddaughter. Check in & out are a breeze. The cabin is fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. Even though this cabin is near the highway, the backyard's location on Salisbury Lake is private & quiet. Our family loves this cabin & are booked for 2026. Thanks for helping us make many memories!!"

"Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. There were so many games/activities for all ages. We had plenty to do during our weekend stay. The outdoor space was fantastic as well. "
