We have stayed many places and the Codax Retreat by far is one of the BEST places we have stayed at. The tranquil call of the loons each evening were a perfect ending to each day. The main cabin and bunkhouse were very clean and tastefully decorated to make you feel very comfortable. We had near perfect weather for all activities. Everything we had hoped for."

Amenities did not match the listing description which was frustrating as I would have planned better had I known. DVD player and Xbox a nice addition for rainy nights. Listing wasn't clear that it was a porta potty and no shower source. Owner was very responsive via email, phone call and text. Place has great potential!!"

"Wonderful 4 days spent together with family. House is stocked with everything. Kids loved all the games, went kayaking, lots of lawn furniture to relax in around the campfire, pet friendly, no luck fishing, but we tried. Experienced the local zoo, mini water park, meat markets and a couple terrific ice cream shops! Great place to stay!"
