"The man at the desk was rude and threw my driver license at me and said go stay at a different hotel....all because I ask why he scanned my driver license in a separate machine. (Hadn't seen that before). He spoke broken English and didn't like me asking questions. Room was nice though. Need to train employees how to treat paying customers."
