The Home
Designed with families and groups in mind, A Wave From It All offers generous gathering spaces throughout the home.

The custom kitchen features a Wolf range, stainless steel appliances, a large center island with bar seating, plenty of prep space, and an easy connection to the dining area. Whether you are putting together a quick beach-day breakfast or settling in for a family dinner, there is plenty of room for everyone to gather.

Guests can choose between two comfortable living spaces. The bright main living room provides plenty of seating and a large HD TV, while the second den offers another relaxed space for movie nights, games, and time together.

A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays and busy beach days.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are one of the highlights of A Wave From It All.

The private 14 x 19 pool is surrounded by lounge seating and can be heated with advance notice for an additional fee. Just steps away, the large screened porch provides a shaded place to relax, dine outdoors, or enjoy time together overlooking the pool.

A private putting green adds a little friendly competition, while the gas grill makes outdoor meals easy. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Out front, Adirondack chairs surround a gas fire pit, creating another inviting gathering space for relaxed evenings under the coastal Georgia sky.

A Wave From It All is tucked into St. Simons Island's sought-after East Beach neighborhood, close to the shoreline and convenient to beach access at Coast Guard Station and the World War II Home Front Museum.

The home's location also makes it easy to explore St. Simons Island's restaurants, shops, attractions, and family-friendly activities while enjoying the privacy and space of your own island retreat.

VayKLife Beach Gear Credit

Lilmar Vacations partners with VayKLife to make beach days even easier. Eligible guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights include a $50-per-night credit that can be used toward available beach gear rentals and experiences, including items such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations of 29 nights or fewer:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.

For reservations of 30 nights or more:

Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
