Early check in didn’t work, it’s stated that reception opens at 9am, at 9 the receptionist didn’t bother to attend to us.it’s mentioned that early checkin was possible at a fee (no time specified), I arrived and I was told it’s not possible and no refund was given.

The hostel has a staff working only few hours 9-11 am and 4:00 to 6:00 pm. If you need assistance only by phone. Drop key box to check out. NO SOAP enough for 3 days only do cleaning once a week. The worst hostel I stayed in my entire life.

I got the key to the hotel room from a nighttime key box. Then, I was so surprised because I found out there has been already someone else in that room when I opened it. So I had to find somewhere to stay at that night. I was so tired about it.

Stay somewhere else
The bathroom was absolutely filthy. There were smears of what appeared to be feces on the toilet, and the gap between the sink and shower has clearly never been cleaned; there was all sorts of dirt, hair, and other miscellaneous gunk down there. The light fixture in the bedroom was full of dead flies, as well. Would not stay here again.

Very poor quality. Paint peeling of rotten wood in bathroom. One very small pillow per person (more of a cushion really). Very noisy at night as all solid floors, no carpet. Link clanked regularly. Shower doors open inwards! Generally, looks like nothing has been touched since it was built. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful however.

Despite an initial issue with the hot water, we had a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The flats are a little further out from central Brussels than is entirely practical but the public transport links are pretty good. The room was very clean and has clearly been renovated recently. Overall would recommend to anyone travelling on a budget!

Great stay an easy bus ride from the city center. Room came with a microwave, kettle, and basic dishes/utensils. Good accommodation. Reception was rarely in which wasn’t an issue (but may be depending on check-in and check-out needs).

Once again, as good as expected.
We booked in this place again after 2 years. Before covid outbreak everything was excellent, and still is. You get much more than you pay, the place is nice and tidy, the location excellent and accessible 24/7 using buses (Peterbos stop has connection to Gare du midi & Gare Centrale and by using the Meir you can get to Midi pretty early if you need so. Anderlecht is a quiet place if you re not looking for troubles, so i can't find any reason someone wont choose these flats instead of the much more expensive right in the center. If i had a complaint to say, it would be that we may wanted a little better housekeeping but it didn't bother us much. Even so, we 'll book there next time we ll find ourselves in Brussels 100%. Merci!

Even better than expected!! Loved it!
Belgium is known for high quality servises. And Budget Flats Brussels at Anderlecht totally was on that level. A gentleman as a manager, comfy rooms, excellent spot, total value for money. Pretty close to center by bus (86 to and from Peterbos or Willemys) or metro (Saint Guido). Even night buses for Friday/Saturday(N13 fron Gare Centrale). On our next visit to that beautiful country, we will book again for sure.

Dont over promise. I cane to this place because it said it had a washing machine, which it does, but you cannot use it because they do not have the coins. Then they sent me an email saying that they have a kitchen where I can cook my own food, I went to the supermarket, bought food, but it turns out they do not have a kitchen, which means I lost the food I bought. And then when I tried to buy a stella from the vending machine, something else came out

The hotel is well located and close to the metro and has parking in a vicinity and so easy to get into the city centre. The only issue is that the walls are so thin and are not sound proof and it is possible to hear the neighbours talking.

Modest improvements could go a long way
Very nice hotel attendant. Not a lively location, so hotel could make use a pay dispensary for microwaveable food. Rooms are spacious, but often lighting remains inadequate (bulbs not bright enough) a common hotel, though not apartment problem. Easily remediable problems in my opinion to make this Budget Hotel even more enjoyable.

Wonderful Customer Service
Concierge, manager & housekeeper were all so friendly and helpful that we truly appreciate their exceptionally kind and genuine customer service. Their personal assistance made our Brussels visit more cozy and comfortable, like home, so they're memorable as making our trip happier and more satisfied than many other hotels we've stayed at.

Comfortable accommodation
Excellent budget accommodation and a manager who certainly goes more than the extra mile to help his guests. A little out of the Center of Brussels but easy, inexpensive access by bus and metro. I enjoyed my stay and would choose to stay there again if I am in Brussels.

Nice appartement out of town.
It’s a nice building with descent appartements, each has a little fridge and a microwave. There’s also a flatscreen with a lot of English channels but no local. You can also find a nice kitchen where you can cook more elaborate meals. You need to take your bath gel and shampoo because it’s not supplyed. It’s out of town with little public transport so it’s better to have a car. At just 1k you have the highway with just next to it a shopping center.

Cost-effective self-contained flat in Brussels
The cost is important because the property is very noisy (on a main road and close to the Anderlecht football stadium) but is very close to a bus route which gets you to a metro station very quickly. Low cost and transport options win out over lack of chic-ness!

Budget Flats Brussels in Anderlecht
This hotel served a fantastic continental breakfast to your room that was enough for two people or take some and make up the rest for the afternoon. The concierge was not only extremely friendly, but also was very accommodating: early breakfast was no problem. a good variety of local pubs at the Anderlecht stadium with really cheap prices for Brussels and friendly locals. Easy to get in and out of the city centre from its location and from the airport. I highly reccomend the Budget Flats Brussels.

Apartments located 10 minutes from city centre
Check in was good and the gentleman at reception was warm and friendly. The whole apartment complex smells of stale smoke. Room photos are misleading regarding layout, with twin rooms (2 beds) when it is in actual fact a double. Only discovered after check in, and the gentleman at the front desk saved the day by providing a separate single mattress, duvet and pillow. Seems to be a regular occurance that can be easily solved by removing the 2 bed photo. Rooms were presented in a good clean condition, albeit compact, and 2 nights would be enough. The area is residential with no cafes or bars or restaurants, however, a 10 minute walk will take you to a shopping complex. Its about 15 euros for a taxi into the city centre. You can also get a bus 100 metres away from apts, then switch to the underground for just 2.5 euros. The property served its purpose as a place to stay for 2 nights whilst over for the Celtic game.

The neighborhood is nice, plenty of street parking. Check in was quick and easy, you'll need a door code to get in though (was sent before the trip via email). The room was a decent size for 2 beds...needs some maintenance though. Overall, for 2 travelers on a budget, it was adequate.

I have been travelling my entire life, and I have never ever seen in my entire life of travelling a hotel that has a timing for heat during the winter. Myself and my friend got there around 8 clock PM, it was freezing cold that night, we were trying to turn on the heat and it didn't get turned on. We called the downstairs desk, and he told us that the heat gets turned on only from 4 Pm till 10 PM. what in the world is this system!! at night the weather gets colder people not warmer! and my friend was really sick, so we just had to go book another hotel with a heat. we booked flat Brussels for 3 nights, we didn't sleep there one night and also gave them the keys one day earlier, pretty much we paid for NOT sleeping there. I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! they don't tell you about the heat on their website! I contacted the hotel multiple times trying to get some money back, and nothing, they didn't care!...terrible flats!

Very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was a tv and the front desk guy was very helpful when he was around. There was also free Wifi and a kitchen and laundry room, but the washer and dryer wasn't working well when I stayed.
