Loved staying here the property was great and really runs on their own. Is it was just a place for me to sleep as I was busy throughout the days the bed made easy to fall asleep quickly as it comfortable

Kitchen facilities are very convenient. Rooms are clean and large. Rates are low for what you get. Zaventem has numerous dining options so not an issue that the hotel itself has no facilities.

Overall, good experience- wasn't the first time-. The only maybe improvement that could be made is availability of staff a little later. We almost missed the appointment due to unforseen traffic conditions.

Nice hotel
Hotel was cute, quaint, quite and cozy. Comfortably slept 3. However, the matress on the couch was really gross so we did not unfold the couch. I could stay here again.

I like the presence of utensils and cleanliness. I dislike the staff who is not considerate of not asking us if we are a customer waiting outside the door while it is pouring rain and so much cold. She saw us but ignore us and went inside.

Nice place close to the Brussels airport. Property was very nice, spacious rooms.. supermarket and pub close by. On the bus route. All facilities of a studio apartment like cookware and microwave.

Property was close to airport. Staff was helpful and friendly. However, Taxi's did not like going there and were expressive about it. Place was clean but we could here and smell the neighbors cooking and chatting clearly. The bathroom had an automatic light and fan, which was annoying because it took 5-10 minutes to shut off, so whenever someone used the washroom at night it woke everyone up. TV didnt work and overall it wasn't our favorite stay.

I really like the convenience of the place, I would have liked an explanation of how to get from the airport by bus. If it was given to me I didn't see it.

Negative Stars
An absolute atrocity. Was not allowed access to the building or staff upon arrival after making a last minute booking when flights were cancelled. Refund was denied just as I was when trying to get into the building. ‘Hospitality’ not included here. Stay with a flag… you might actually get a room you paid for.

A good place for your stay the night before your flight with large, clean, modern rooms. No shuttle service so you have to take the train or bus.

I did not like the after hours check-in procedure. Considering I only had a smart phone with me, not a computer, the procedure was painful. I also reserved a parking space, but they never told me where the parking space was. I had to phone and ask the person who answered the phone where it was. He wasn't sure himself but said by looking at a photo, it might be to the left of the hotel (and it was). Other than the check-in procedure, I was happy with the hotel and the room.

Good budget hotel for one night near the Brussels' airport. Several restaurants/bars in easy walking distance and a bus stop for the airport bus is only about 300 feet away.

The studio is exactly as advertised. Very nice and comfortable place. The Brussels is extremely close (5-10 minutes by taxi). Great stay, highly recommended.
