Nice enough hotel, plenty of scuffs on the walls, bed was comfy. Towels were a bit small and the pillows could have been better.

Lets just say its on budget. A good location close to city centre for a fair price. Spent few days here to explore Brussels. The location is fair just 3 stops from Brussels Central Station via train. The train runs multiple times with 30 min intervals if not there is a bus to Brussels midi station as well both in walkable distances. The room is small and cozy for budget. The rooms need some services like ventilation as well as privacy in restrooms and bathrooms. It felt awkward that the restroom didn’t had any locks and bathrooms were of translucent door which inhibited privacy. If your with friends I would suggest taking two rooms. The service in the reception and in-room cleaning wad phenomenal. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating. They provided us with easy routes to cities and what to explore. The in-room service was also good, they cleaned our room well without us even asking for the cleaning. To be honest, might visit again but not with friends or family due to the privacy issues

Room small but enough for night or two, I think bunk bed over regular one is great idea and space savers which we and my son liked very much . However maintain cleanliness may be challenging and unfortunately we could see lots of dirts between bed frame and mattress , and floor in the room didn't looked very clean. Except of this room was great for the price, breakfast one of best we had in the hotel and staff very pleasant and helpful .

A great stay of 5 nights with family at the heart of Brussels. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and corridors. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hot water was free from coffee machines which was needed for our daughter. The bathroom light's censor was little annoying as it turns off every 5 seconds, so you will have to keep shaking your body or waving at the censor to keep the light on. But thats just a small part which you can ignore. Very happy with the stay and experience. Thats a great budget option. Highly recommended.

Helpful and kind staff at reception. Located in Brussel's Flemish outskirt it's the typical budget french Brant hotel with a bunk bed overhead.Room was clean but poor soundprouf makes night...... messy when neighbours don't keep quiet until late. Some disfunctionnal facilities like the light in the toilet.Good for a short stage.

Location: This hotel is conveniently located near Ruisbruk station and easily accessible to the city center by train. Value: It offers basic accommodations that meet expectations for the price point. However, bottled water is not included and quite expensive (over €30!), which is a significant drawback. Breakfast: The breakfast is decent, but could be improved. The juices seem watered down. Overall: This hotel is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who don't mind basic amenities. Don't expect luxury here. Additional Notes: Factor in an additional €6 per person for round-trip train tickets between the hotel and Brussels Midi station. There's a nice park next to the hotel, perfect for families with children.

Everything was very good except the breakfast was very simple (boiled eggs, cheese, ham, butter, cream cheese, jam, coffee machine, juice machine, bread, croissants, honey, chocolate spread, tea bags, cornflakes, milk) The room has only double bed, small table, hangers on the wall, mirror on the wall, shower, toilet. No electric appliances. Not value for money Bus stop in 6 minutes Train station in 10 minutes Not many noice Very clean Downstairs in the lobby it's very small and has coffee machine

Very convenient location . About 6 min max to walk from a train . Buffet food for breakfast was amazing. They have hot tea and cappuccino and lots of food. Supermarket right next to the train station or half way to the hotel there is a gas station . You can buy big bottles of water there any food . Lady’s make sure you have conditioner for your hair have it with you( hotel don’t provide) make sure you go see a Brugges ( it totally changed my mind about Belgium) it was recommended to me by a front seat Lady. On this trip make sure you go on a good weather day you will take a mini bout trip so take your sunglasses and a hat. Lots of restaurants and the best Choclate there And amazing stores for cloth and shoes. Try to be there no later then 11 you will spend all day there must wear snickers no heals 😊.

Good hotel for the middle earners

Good location, very clean, affortable. comfortable, good staffs. Specially desk managers Amin and Camila is very nice and helpful. Their small helps made me more happy than money and I will think to stay again in future if these guys are there.
