Hi. As a foreigner traveling here from the USA, we found the whole stay wonderful. From Sergio responding to our needs via text promptly and letting us leave our luggage there while we website seeing was absolutely fantastic and very much appreciated. We enjoyed the apartment for the few hours we were there.

This property is an excellent value. It is clean, in a great location, great water pressure, great internet connect, and a queen size bed, which is rare in Europe.There was so much space for 2 people. Would highly recommend.

The location is ideal, below the city viewing point. Lidl just across the road, hot water, clean bedding and kitchen utensils. The host is very polite and let us to check in 2 hours earlier. The only inconsistency is with sleeping places. With enough sleeping for 4 but only 1 double duvet for all. Pictures attached.

Wasnt easy to find as wasnt given door number with my booking arrived 2nd day lovely little apartment apart from the stair going up to lounge from kitchen and stairs going down to bedroom i would stay again if those were made easier as im 63 and abit fragile overall a great stay

We enjoyed the charm of the rooftopApartment, but would have chosen somewhere else based on these factors:1:) The all-night noise. On Friday night a club beneath us played till after 4am. Beyond the noise, the base shakes the entire apartment. We missed most of a night of sleep. 2.) Communication with the owners was haphazard. 3.) The property is accessed through a stairway which is open to the street. Returning to our apartment Sunday, the door to the stairway was held closed by an unhoused man who was staying in the stairwell. He did leave after only a few minutes and we were able to access the stairs to the apartment.

Dangerous stairs

Good location, no hot water on arrival, I had to figure out to fix it, TVs never work, one did not have remote control.Sablon is not good for seniors and you have to speak the country language

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente ya que está a 10 minutos andando del centro, de la estación central y un supermercado en frente. Como malo tiene, faltan toallas dejaron 4 toallas de lavabo para 4 personas, no tiene nada para tapar las ventanas del salón , donde durmieron mis hijos, no hay puerta en el dormitorio, y existen dos tramos de escaleras incomdisimas entre el salón y la cocina y con el dormitorio. Tampoco hay mesa y sillas para comer, allí dos banquetas altas en la cocina sin apenas sitio o la mesa y el sofá. Las escaleras de acceso desde el portal tb son incómodas, y la puerta del portal está reventada, aunque es el menor de los males. Cuidado con el bar de debajo de la fin de semana, el viernes retumbaban incluso los vasos en la encimera a cuenta de la música

Il ne faut pas se fier au lien Google, il n’amène pas à la bonne adresse. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir laisser nos bagages plus tôt avant la prise de possession. Nous avons loué du lundi au jeudi et c’était très calme. Avec les enfants, on a aimé pouvoir se connecter à Disney. Nous étions 3 et il manquait de literie pour le salon. Il faisait chaud, donc ce n’était pas si grave. C’est frais avec les fenêtres ouvertes mais on s’est fait piqué… Bien situé en face d’une épicerie. J’ai trouvé le départ difficile. Malgré avoir communiqué avec l’hôte plus de 24h avant, nous ne savions pas où sortir les déchets ni où laisser la clé. Malgré tout, un logement parfait pour nos quelques jours.

El check in era a las 4 pm y no recibimos noticias del anfitrión hasta pasadas las 5 pm de ese día. Realmente fue muy estresante, hasta último momento no sabíamos si teníamos donde dormir o no. Estuve escribiendo, mandando mails, sms y hasta llamando insistentemente y nada. Lo peor es que en la reserva ni siquiera teníamos la dirección exacta. Es una lástima porque el departamento es muy lindo y bien ubicado, pero la comunicación es pésima. Uno no quiere llegar a una ciudad nueva y no saber a dónde ir.

Bra läge med nära till centrum. Vi var där i 3 veckor och fick besök av möss flera gånger. Vi fick inga instruktioner om vart vi skulle slänga sopor och värden kom inte och hämtade dom så ofta som det hade behövts. Det är en nattklubb under boendet som vissa lördagar spelar väldigt hög musik.

El propietario nos dejó llegar con anterioridad a la hora indicada y la salida tambien pudimos hacerla mas tarde. Fue muy amable.Fantastica ubicacion para conocer Bruselas a pie.La estancia tiene escaleras dentro del apartamento, ojo las personas con dificultad. No me gusta que no se haya indicado.

Logement correct, avec assez d'espace pour 3 personnes voire plus.Situation géographique intéressante, à mi-chemin entre la gare du midi et le centre ville historique.Des pistes d'amélioration seraient néanmoins à envisager : une couette supplémentaire serait appréciable pour le canapé-lit car de simples plaids peuvent ne pas suffire. De même, ajouter de la vaisselle rendrait le séjour plus confortable car il n'y a qu'un seul verre à eau (tous les autres sont des verres à pied), seulement 3 bols... Une cafetière et un sèche-cheveux pourraient être un plus.Hôte agréable mais nous n'avons échangé que par la messagerie Abritel et il n'a pas toujours été facile à contacter par ce biais. Le départ du logement n'a pas pu se faire avec remise des clés en main propre à cause de cela.Informations importantes à noter : de nombreuses marches pour accéder au logement, et même à l'intérieur de l'appartement, donc logement non adapté aux PMR contrairement à ce qu'on peut lire sur l'annonce.Par ailleurs un bar-restaurant situé en dessous du logement diffuse régulièrement de la musique le soir, à très haut volume. Sur les 3 nuits cela n'a été réellement dérangeant que sur 1 et grâce à des bouchons d'oreilles nous avons tout de même pu dormir. Notre hôte nous a assuré que des démarches étaient en cours auprès de la copropriété concernant les nuisances sonores, à espérer que cela porte ses fruits.
