Location wise, it is somewhat remote from the centre of Brussels being near the end of the pre-metro tram No. 39. It is well located and convenient from the airport with public transport because you can take a 34 min ride on the 830 bus to the bus-stop Ter Meeren which is only a 2 min walk from the address. "No worries for WIFI speed. Rooms are cleanness and comfortable. The entrance from street, going up to the room by stairs. And contacting with ower had good assistance for us. So be careful for stairs if you have heavy or lot of stuffs, it was little bit hard angle and tiny wides."

"They checked us into a room that wasn’t cleaned properly and had two stone panels laying on the counter in the bathroom that weren’t returned to where they belonged I’m guessing after cleaning them ? It only got worse from there. I called down because the wall panel that controlled EVERYTHING in the room was dead so I couldn’t get air conditioning or change lights or close blinds. They said someone would be right up which never happened so we went to lunch and asked them to fix the room while we were out. Three hours later when we returned nothing had happened so I went to ask for a manager and no one was there but they offered to change our room . My wife was already trying to nap after being exhausted from traveling and kept being bothered by the staff while I went to deal with the room move. On my trip to the new floor the elevator door was stuck and I was trapped for a minute until it finally went back to lobby floor on its own . When I finally spoke to a manger the next day he was incredibly unhelpful and suspicious and said he would “ look into my complaints “ as if I made the whole thing up ?? The first morning in the new room the electricity went out when we woke up and we needed maintenance to come and fix that. The hotel and staff were extremely unprofessional and there must be much better hotels in that price range very close by in Brussels!! I’d never stay there again and wonder if I’ll ever see my 50% reduction from the first night which they thought was fair ?"
