The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. However, it could use some updating. There was a musty smell in our room, which was not super bothersome but noticeable. Suggestions for the management: clarify that this is not a real "palace" but a property that was built 10-20 years ago (staff did not have much information about it). It is a beautiful building but wish there was more information available about how its history.

Hello dear I traveled from England to Poland for one day to attend my best friend's wedding, and this was my first time using Hotel.com. I am not satisfied with the hotel. I feel uncomfortable for many reasons, some personal and some related to my safety, as my room was unclean, uncomfortable, and unsafe. 1- My room 302 was in the attic annex, and the stairs leading up to it were not at all safe according to security and safety standards. There were no warning signs (mind the head ) due to the small distance between the wall and the stairs, which caused me to hit the wall while going down from the room. 2-The stairs were broken extremely unsafe and not well fixed. 3-There was mold in the shower tap and shower head, 4-the sink was broken, 5-the toilet door was broken and there was no iron in the room. 6- I asked the reception for an iron, and it was delivered after two hours because the hotel only has one. When I received it, it was very dirty and I was unable to use it. Something strange happened I entered all my banking information on your website Hotels.com to complete the payment for the room, including the free breakfast,The strange thing is that upon arriving at the hotel,the receptionist asked me to pay for the room,but the price did not include breakfast. There are many reasons that I have not mentioned,all of which made me feel uncomfortable and in a bad mood which affected my trip,I demand a full refund and compensation. Tha

La struttura esternamente e internamente è molto bella ma non è altrettanto accogliente come hotel. Manca l'assensore, nella camera la carta da parete si sta staccando, i materassi e i cuscini erano troppo morbidi, la moquette datata, il bagno avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione, il coperchio del wc si muoveva, nella doccia l'acqua defluiva male. Peccato, curano più l'esterno che l'interno. Grazie

En fyrstelig Spa oplevelse.

Hotellet ligger ret langt udenfor WAR, i et industrielt område, der er langt til alt. Men der er en fin lille park til hotellet, så man kan gå en lille tur. Et flot palads, fin stand efter Polske forhold. Særligt skal fremhæves et virkeligt lækkert Spa, med en imponerende pool, og flere faciliteter af høj kvalitet. Selve behandlingerne skal bestilles i god tid, vi mødte ikke noget arbejdende personale i spaet. Restauranten er OK, ikke noget særligt højt niveau, men sød og venlig betjening, og gode priser. Værelset var flot. Historisk palads luksus i udsmykning, sengen bred og blød. En meget flot værelse til prisen. Badeværelse med brus og rigeligt varmt vand. Lidt slidt finish på armaturer og dør, men il at leve med. Total oplevelse, her kommer vi gerne igen.!

Very nice hotel, best as a business trip accommodation. It represents much more than can be inferred from the room price. They have very good restaurant, especially herring :) good breakfast, sauna and pool. The only thing was the pool water quality - it could be better. Anyway, I would definitely recommend it.
