Step inside this brand-new construction home with ample space for up to eight guests, this property is ideal for families, groups of friends. The open-concept living area features a large sofa and a 75" Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Aggieland. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Small applicances include a Keurig, blender, crock pot and toaster.

Venture outside tothe backyard, where you'll find a barbecue grill and a few chairschairs creating an inviting space for gatherings.

Retreat to one of the inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, ample storage space, and modern amenities to ensure a restful night's sleep. A few co-workers and myself stayed here for the Veterinary Technician Annual Conference. Very Comfy 4 Bedroom home, very nice and clean. If I ever had to re-visit College Station/Bryan, definitely would book again!

Perfect Stay!

We were in town with family and friends for a memorial service. We stayed with 2 other couples and a couple of our kids. House was spotless, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen. Bedrooms had fans in them, always a plus just because I like noise when I sleep. It was reasonably priced. It was a little further from town, but well worth it for the cost and quality. We will definitely keep this house in mind for a future stay!

Beautiful home!

First time renting a home and had a wonderful experience! The house was very comfortable and very clean, which was most important. The host was very thoughtful and provided everything needed for a two night stay. So happy we decided to rent through Vrbo instead is staying at a hotel. So much more comfortable!!
