Perfect for visiting our son at Texas A&M!

The modern farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway while visiting our son at A&M! The attention to detail, from the decor, to the bed linens, and a fully stocked kitchen made it feel just like home! It was immaculately kept and we also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio on Saturday morning. The perfect stay for a wedding weekend!

We love VRBO for when we have the family come into town! As a bride, you want to ensure your family stays somewhere comfortable during your wedding and Kathy made sure this place was top knotch! We highly recommend staying here if you want all the benefits of a house but also the convenience of a quick stay!

This house was wonderful for our family of six. Very nice, very clean, very comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Neighborhood was easy to get in and out of and felt very safe.

Family trip for the weekend

My husband, mother-in-law, 1 year old, our dog, and I had a great weekend stay! The house was very clean and very cute and well decorated. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay again for future trips to Bryan/College Station!

Modern Farmhouse

This house is absolutely adorable and perfect for a small group. It’s spotless and has been updated to perfection. It had everything we needed and was easy access to downtown Bryan and the wedding venue we were attending. It’s also an easy drive to College Station and would be a great place to stay for A&M game day.

Great Location and Great House

The house was perfect for our little family graduation get together. The house is very modern, clean, and quiet with plenty of parking and nice amenities. There is a small outdoor area with a fire pit. The host communicated well, and everything went off without a hitch. Great place, it's def on our list for our next visit to Bryan/College Station.

Thanksgiving in Aggieland!

We had a delightful stay at this lovely home! The well appointed kitchen had all we needed to make a lovely Thanksgiving meal and be right at home! The owners even had it decorated for Thanksgiving...couldn't ask for a warmer welcome. They were very responsive with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful home with very nice upgrades! Loved the shiplap, ceiling tile, gas stove, and a garage for our car! Nicely decorated and VERY comfortable beds! Our Stay at The Farmhouse

We were impressed with the cleaness, the amount of amenties furnished, the ample space, excellent air conditioner and the overall condtion of the property. We would have given the property a "Top Star rating"but there were some negatives: The hall bath has a two (2) foot entry door restricting entry of the handicapped, the hall bath did not have adequate safety hold bars creating a potential fall event for all persons with and without handicaps. The twin bed matresses were extremely uncomfortable and unsafe because of age and being peaked in the middle causing a person to continiously feel like they are going to roll out of bed.

Amazing and Clean

This beautiful home is the perfect size for a few families to share and was immaculate, which is something you don’t always get with a rental. The host replied quickly and helped whenever we had questions! Definitely rent here if you’re in the area! Best VRBO rental I’ve stayed in so far and I’ve been renting for years!!

This place is great!

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was so nice, new, and clean. A great place to stay while we did all of our activities in Bryan-College Station. Would recommend it, and we would stay there again.
