No Smoking - this is a clean, well-cared for home that we proudly share with respectful guests.

Pets are welcome but for a $150 one time fee per pet and must be remitted before your check in. Dogs must be potty trained and house broken. Any pet urine stains found from any animals will result in a $250 fee being assessed plus the cost of any damages. Any additional damage done to the house by any animal will be charged full replacement cost and paid 100% by the guest.
