Magnolia Farms is so close to campus you can see it while drinking coffee on the balcony (literally, just blocks behind Northgate). This two bedroom unit has comfy king beds, a 55 inch TV, and a modern kitchen, including full-sized washer and dryer. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more comfortable, stylish, or convenient property in BCS.

1.4 Miles to Kyle Field
- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing.

Great stay in a central location

This is a great little property for a visit to Aggieland. It was super close to campus and its proximity to major roads made it very convenient. It's a small space but was perfect for our family of three. The management was great and very responsive. We would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect Fit

Extremely comfortable king bed. Close to campus. We felt at home. Tight parking. Bring or use a White Noise app as there’s a bit of outdoor noise including an occasional train. We will definitely stay again!

Great for visit in’ my A&M girl

Place was very, very clean…beds all super comfortable, really appreciated the coffee and creamer, that was a nice bonus…felt safe and it was a short walk to Northgate, restaurants and activities…great communication with owners for any questions…let us have a late check out due to evening flight…met all our needs for the weekend…could use a few more extra blankets for the bed at night…other wise super!

My son and I stayed at this property while he competed in the Junior Olympics at Texas A&M. This property was really convenient to get to and from for the event! The host was extremely responsive, we only had one request while staying at the property and it was addressed right away. I would absolutely book this host again and book this property again. Clean, great amenities (washer, dryer, dish washer, reliable wifi), beds are COMFORTABLE! It was great to be able to have separate bedrooms so that my son could get to sleep early and I was able to stay up late work without bothering him. My son (16yo) liked it so much, he said he could see himself living in a place like that while he went to college. Great experience!
