"The experience was very disappointing. Within 5 minutes of arriving we checked the hottub and it was cold. This was the main reason for getting a cabin as we wanted a private hotub. I called it in and a maintenance man arrived saying theres nothing he can do and it wont be fixed during our stay. Once we unpacked we noticed the pull out couch was broke and sitting on the floor.
