Charming studio with a queen-size bed in a boutique property (only 8 condos) in the most sought-after neighborhood of Bucerias. Walk 2 blocks to the beach, cool off in the HEATED pool, or enjoy the sunset from the rooftop palapa. Being in the heart of town means you can walk to the best restaurants, cafes, & art galleries this quaint beach town has to offer. Whether you stay for a week or a month, it’s perfect for experiencing the best-kept secret in the bay.
The Space:
Privacy windows slide all the way open to create a breezy indoor + outdoor living space. Choose between hanging out at the beach (1.5 blocks away), having a beverage under the rooftop palapa with beautiful mountain views, or relaxing by the sparkling heated pool (only heated during the winter season, not required in the summer) that is shared with only 3 other condos. To reach the condo, you must go up one flight of stairs. The rooftop area is up one more flight of stairs.
The condo is furnished with a queen-size bed and two comfortable sitting areas in the living room and patio. Fast wifi, Smart TV, in-room safe deposit box, & A/C are all included. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, filtered water, a coffee maker, and all the utensils you could need.
THE PROPERTY
This newly built property of only 7 units provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere to call your home away from home. Jump into the HEATED (December to April), sparkling clean pool or enjoy a beverage on your large private patio while you watch the sunset. We also have a washer + dryer and grill available for use.
It’s also nice to be one block back from the main road that runs parallel to the beach because we get very little traffic noise and plenty of street parking.
THE BEACH & BUCERIAS
You’ll never have to fight for a great spot on the beach, and it is only a 2-minute walk away! Show up at any time of the day and you’ll have lots of sandy space to choose from. The surf is gentle enough for swimming, and it is the preferred beach for kitesurfing, paddleboarding, and windsurfing. Other great activities include whale watching (Dec-Mar), snorkeling, fishing tours, or even shell collecting.
In town, enjoy a great selection of restaurants ranging from upscale to simple & quaint. Don’t forget to try some of the local dishes such as zarandeado-style fish, ceviches, and aguachile. Stop into the many art galleries, coffee shops, and boutiques - all within walking distance from your place. Thursday evenings are Art Walk Night, a self-guided tour of more than a dozen galleries and art boutiques that serve cocktails and refreshments along Lazaro Cardenas street. The craft market hosts dozens of stalls that sell both traditional Mexican items and souvenirs to take home and remember your vacation by.
Guest Access:
There is a shared pool area, a huge rooftop palapa, and a gas/charcoal grill that is shared between only 4 condos. A washer + dryer is also available for use.
The Neighborhood:
Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta. Cooking classes, language lessons, an amazing selection of restaurants, and daily events around town will always keep you having a great time.
Getting Around:
Bucerias is easily walkable to anywhere you'd like to go - the beach, the market, restaurants, etc. To get to other areas of the bay, Bucerias is a great jumping-off point for exploring everything Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit have to offer.
