"The room wasn't big but it was ok since it was very clean and newly rennovated. However, the smell of smoke (although I booked a non-smoking room) was lingering within the room. The room had an air purifier so that helped a lot with the smell, so it didn't really bother me that much but it may for someone who is sensitive to scents. "

"Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities I needed including a phone charger and some toiletries. Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. Everything was really clean and the location was perfect with the subway a short walking distance and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. "

"Excellent hotel to stay in. I booked the hotel after arriving to Incheon and a couple of hours later i had checked in. Nice room, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Owner helped carry bags up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Everything was provided in the room and the TV even had access to Netflix and YouTube. "

"Was a little pricey but first good thing is the location! Loved that we could walk to Myeongdong street market in minutes. It’s basically central to everything. Limousine bus from the airport stops just a couple of blocks from the hotel. Room is a little small but it has everything you need. Bed is comfortable and the staff are helpful and polite. I also like that they have a 7-11 convenience store and a coin laundry within the building. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here the next time I’m in Seoul! "
"I didn't much appreciate the very rude evening receptionist. She is the taller, tanner one with the very apparent nose job. At first I thought I was imagining it, but this woman rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for the pool code (she didn't give it to me during check in). There a few other snarky things she did, but I'll just leave it there. Very unprofessional in a service industry.
One evening the restaurant was closed, the other evening the pool was closed. Breakfast was Ala cart, and selection was small and really not that impressive. Basically some bread and pastries.
Room was fine, everything in working condition and clean. Location is ok. You're basically in city hall with lots of govt and official buildings. Samsung campus is just down the road. I won't stay here again, lots more hotels with better service and pricing. "
"Poorly designed. Had a two bedroom suite and the bedrooms had no privacy. One bedroom didn’t even have a door on it, just open to the living room. Kitchen poorly stocked and don’t have the are essentials. Would not stay again. "
"Lovely room, modern and clean. Unfortunately, despite it being very cool outside, temperature in room for the night was fixed at 26.5 deg, which is not optimal for sleeping. We were able to open the windows which is great although a bit noisier. The temperature of the hot water seems to be capped at a little cooler than I would prefer, the rain shower was not hot enough, but the hand attachment held closer to the body was warm enough. Lovely hotel room despite these two temperature issues."
