Very nice and no issues, about 10 mins walk to metro and lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby which was good, they even kindly let us check in when we arrived much earlier then expected which we really appreciated thanks so much

It was a great experience, all the staff were very friendly and polite. If you love a great customer service this is a great place to go. Breakfast was great, I would recommend getting a room and include the breakfast. I thought it would be something we could get away with but when we tried it we ended up coming back every single morning. Super foreign friendly. Rooms were great, we travelled as a couple and it was very comfortable.

Ideally situated near the subway, with excellent airport limousine stops, the hotel is clean and convenient. There are copious amounts of eateries and the nearby side streets were my fave! Lively in a real lived in way vs the tourist hustle and bustle of Hongdae et al. It's 20 minutes or so to Hongdae, so not too considering the location.

The location is great and easy to get around. However, the breakfast for $22-$30 is too pricey for the quality and variety. The staff were not particular helpful. I would also suggest having an in-room coffee machine or water kettle. There are lots of room for improvement.

Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for business. There’s no complaints at all with this hotel. The stuffs are professional, the room is kept clean all the time and the size of the room is bigger than usual Seoul hotels. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Seoul main area if you stay for vacation.

Great location . There are several alleys with little food shops everywhere and shopping in general. Easy access to metro and numerous bus stops. Big plus to have bus 6004 stop heading to air port .

Lotte City Hotel Guro has been my favorite hotel when I visit Seoul. The location is not full of tourists so is quiet. There are plenty of cafes and good transportation. It's clean with enough space for me. The staff is helpful. Satisfied.
