Country estate producing pure olive oil and DOCG Chianti wine. It is possible to take part in the grape harvest at the end of September and the olive harvest in November. The enclosed grounds of vines and olive groves are 8 ha in size, situated in typical Tuscan countryside. In the centre of the Florence/Siena/Arezzo triangle, in the best starting location for cultural trips which, on request, can be organized by the owner along with transport and excursions (extra). Wunderbares Quartier, aber Ausstattungsmängel

Die Ferienwohnung Arco ist wunderbar gelegen, der Gartenanteil mit der Laube mit sehr angenehmem Schatten. Der Swimmingpool erfrischend und wunderbar. Der Schnitt der Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist gut. Die Qualität der Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche oder Bad ist eher bescheiden. Das Sofa war durchgesessen. Die Steckdosen hingen z.T. aus der Wand. Vieles wird aufgewogen durch die wunderbare Hilfsbereitschaft und das tolle Klima im Team der Betreiber und das gute Restaurant.

Wunderschön, aber leider unsauber und feucht

Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön und wundervoll gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung ist im toskanischen Stil und einfach eingerichtet. Leider war das Mauerwerk im Schlafzimmer und im Flur feucht und Salzkristalle sichtbar. Es war sehr kalt und ungemütlich als wir angekommen sind. Nach2 Tagen Einheizen wurde es allmählich warm. Wir waren wahrscheinlich die ersten Mieter nach der Winterpause und mussten erstmal jede Menge Spinnen in die Freiheit entlassen. Tote Käfer lagen auch auf dem Boden.

L'endroit ressemble à un mini village. C'est très joli et très calme. Parfait pour se reposer. Notre logement était bien et confortable avec une agréable terrasse. La piscine est super. Toutefois, attention aux nombreux moustiques et autres insectes piqueurs.

Het was grandioos!

Wat hebben we genoten van dit prachtig huis. Met z'n vieren was de badkamer aan de kleine kant, maar ach, voor een week. Verder is de ligging heel centraal voor stedenbezoek. Leuke buitenzitjes in de schaduw, huis stil en koel, prima geslapen.

Wat een fijn huis, op een fijne plek. Het huis was heel koel en donker wat wel fijn is als het hoog zomer is. De badkamer is wat klein maar alles is er. Buiten leuke plekjes om te zitten, een heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen.. Bucine ligt redelijk dichtbij mooie steden en dorpjes.

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen.

Unsere Urlaubszeit: Mitte Oktober 2018 (der Wahnsinns-Sommer) Lage: genau in der Mitte zwischen Siena, Florenz und Arezzo, alles im 50 km Umkreis, mit einem Tollen Panoramablick, inmitten von Weinstöcken und Olivenhainen. Bucine, etwa 3km entfernt, bietet alles was man braucht. Drei Restaurants, mehrere Bars, eine Tankstelle mit KFZ- Wäsche, zwei Bankautomaten, einen niedlichen COOP-Supermarkt. Alles sehr beschaulich. Auf Le-Mura selbst, absolute Ruhe. Gebäude/-Wohnraum: Urige, sehr schön renovierte Gebäude im typischen Toscanastil. Zwar etwas spartanisch, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Stilechte Stein/-Holzdecken mit Kamin im Wohnzimmer. W-Lan vorhanden, TV- Flatscreen auch. Im Aussenbereich sehr niedliche, offene Kaffehäusschen, wo man bei dem schönen Wetter sehr angenehm Frühstücken, oder seinen Nachmittagsespresso geniessen kann. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Bürogebäude zur Verfügung. Unser Auto stand sehr sicher auf dem Gelände, direkt neben unserer Wohnung. Besitzer/ Betreiber: Es handelt sich um einen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb (Wein und Oliven), allerdings bemerkt man davon kaum etwas. Die verantwortlichen Damen Sara und Anna, sowie die weiteren Mitarbeiter, sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Besonderheit: Auf dem Gelände ist ein tolles Restaurant mit dem Namen "La Grotta". Dieses wird nur auf Bestellung betrieben. Beispielsweise wenn dort Geburtstage oder Hochzeiten gebucht wurden. Dann kann man dort als Mieter auch mit zu Abend, oder zu Mittag essen. Wir fanden uns jedenfals plötzlich und unerwartet mitten in vier italienischen Geburtstagspartys wieder. Es war schon toll so etwas mal zu erleben und wir haben wirklich excellent, und zu einem sehr annehmbaren Preis gegessen. Im Weiteren hat sich unser Hund dort "Sauwohl" gefühlt. Das tägliche Streifen durch die Olivenhaine war dann auch für uns eine angenehme Erfahrung. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
