Communication was poor
This is a great property, however I could never communicate with owner, manager or VRBO. I booked this place in January for a stay in September and was kicked around from all of these entities for any of my questions. This place never showed up in “My Trips” but I was assured by email that it was booked. The address that was given for the place on my booking voucher was wrong . Two of us were dropped off at different places. We were given more accurate addresses when we checked in. At one point we had an emergency (involving another guest at the place) and no one answered any of the 3 phone numbers we had been given for the place. I finally got a response from a Bellavilla email I sent. This is a multiple unit site which not not made clear in listing where the pool is shared. If the communication problems are straightened out, this place would be a great family reunion location.

• État des nappes déchirées et avec taches indélébiles sur une d’entre elles • Saleté des fenêtres • Etat du mobilier de jardin cassé ou en mauvais état • Lampe de la hotte dégoutante et 1 des 2 ampoules ne fonctionnant pas • Encadrement de porte pendant et cadre abimé • Planche du frigo manquante • Saleté de l’escalier menant à l’appartement • Pots des plantes extérieures cassés De plus contrairement à ce qui était annoncé pas de climatisation dans une salle de bain.
