Amazing location and staff. Our little family, with two kids under 10, had a great time — clean rooms, good amenities. The highlight was the kind, helpful staff — who were always friendly and proactively helpful.
The only knocks on our stay was the long elevator delays due to two elevators being down + they didn’t have enough bikes for us to use … which was odd for a weekday in the non-peak season. Not sure why they promote free courtesy bikes if they don’t have more than 6 total for 200+ rooms.
I’d probably stay here again. The bikes being more readily available would’ve made that a definitely.

Bed sheets, rate 7 out of 10. A lot of construction/remodeling areas not well covered. A certain odor in and around the parking garage/lobby elevator that was so strong and noticeable, you figured the staff would do something about it. It was the smell like that of dirt from a vacuum cleaner dirt bag. Very irritatingly bothersome throughout the 4 days we were there. I don't think I will return there.

"Quaint quiet house was in a location close to town. Walkable to shops and restaurants which was nice. Disappointed with Property as it had very limited soaps , no Shampoo or body wash in the bathroom dispensers. Beds were comfortable but the bath towels and bed linens were old.
