One minor complaint - I requested a specific room ( no 33 ) well in advance of my stay , but it had not been reserved for me I stayed in R 32 instead ( which as it happens was also fine ) I shall request R 32 in a months time , when I do please have it available !! "Our favourite place to stop when heading into France. Only two hours eurotunnel or ferries at Calais. Secure parking (gated) is the main reason we first stayed and now we appreciate the 24hr front desk when arriving late after travel delays. Our 4th year staying here and the service is always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has just what you need, eggs and bacon, plus several breads, yogurt and cereals. Petrol and large Cassino supermarket 4 mins away...

"The room was perfect for us two bedrooms with beds for 6. In the room the one shower did not work at all, but the other was fine (given the layout it would not be great for a bunch of friends). One reason I booked the hotel was for the pool for my kids, the heating was broken so I was not useable, the games room had pool and table football, both where not in good order, my kids did not mind but they could not be used properly."
