Sleeping Area: A spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.
Living Area: Bright living room with kitchenette and sofa, also served by air conditioning. Kitchen amenities include: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a full set of cookware.
Bathrooms & Laundry: A second full bathroom is available for guests. You will also find a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 30mb) for remote working or streaming your favorite content.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil in ruhiger Lage!
Problemloses einchecken mit allen Erklärungen von Mülltrennung bis Hausbesichtigung. Antwort auf alle Fragen und da die Vermieter nebenan wohnen sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen. Ruhige Lage mit einem großen, schattigen Garten. Ausstattung komplett mit allem was man benötigt für 4 Personen. Insgesamt ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil!

Un séjour de qualité.
Très agréable villa, bien équipée, au décor sobre et de bon goût. Dans un quartier tranquille de la région de Budoni, avec une vue très dégagée et une pelouse très fraîche tout autour de la maison. La région de Budoni rend l'accès facile à de nombreuses plages, proches ou plus éloignées et très belles.
