  • Situated in Matta e Peru, Budoni ' hamlet is a lovely and confortable house fully renovated close to the beach (100 metres) and the pinewood (50 metres)

    The home fully renovated in the 2023 has 4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,kitchen,living room,terrace,a big,water purification plant,air conditioning at ground zero and at 1 floor.
    barbeque with 2nd kitchen and patio with a big table for 20 persons for eating outdoor renovated in 2024

    The house has also a big garden and a private parking.
    Very peacefulIdeally located.
    Upon arrival, at the check in

    -the guest must pay a cash deposit of 300,00 euros, which will be returned on the day of departure, after deducting additional costs and any damage to the property.
    It is mandatory to perform the separate waste collection using the appropriate containers.
