"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"This was mine and my husband’s first time staying in Bologna and we enjoyed staying in this apartment! It was very clean and the pictures were accurate, and also the host easily accessible when we had problems or questions about the apartment.
