Några boostdagar inför vintern

Fantastiska dagar vid havet och i gamla stan.Mycket vacker grön natur! Underbart vatten, härliga frukter och mängder av restauranger och barer- med 28 gr på land och nästan lika mycket på land blev allt bara bättre. Men glöm inte badskor - för stränderna är fyllda med sten!

Hotel staff was really nice and also more personal because it´s a small hotel. However the room was quite old and didn´t look that clean either (except bathroom which was nice). Wifi didn´t work well in the room. There´s no real reception so I was quite confused when I arrived to the hotel and didn´t know where to go first. Breakfast was okay.

Amazing food, lovely staff

Lovely staff! One of the waiters went to buy some tea for me, because they didn’t have my favorite flavour at breakfast! The breakfast was good and the pizza we had for dinner was amazing. Loved the garden! Short walk to the beach, but still a quiet area from all the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!

Just perfect

Loved the place and staff. It was the friendliest place I've been to. Beach 400 meters, views unbelievable. Had Breakfast and dinner there, home cooking can't beat it. Budva is a great city. Keep it up all and thanks again for a wonderful stay

Fantastic value for money and in a great location just a short 10-15 min walk to the beach and restaurants so it’s very quiet at night. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of options and lovely coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We have a great 1night stay here.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The hotel is set back from the beach, in a central location. You can walk everywhere of interest. The welcome was warm and efficient, and just what was needed after the journey. The manager spoke excellent English. Parking was possible although cramped so best not for a large car. Room was comfortable, good shower and bed. Wifi reasonable. Included breakfast was buffet style and excellent. Value for money very good.

We stayed here for three nights and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Oliva. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the owner is kind and gave us a lot of good advice for our trip! If we ever return to Budva we would definitely book this hotel again!

ruhige Oase inmitten der Stadt

Wir hatten nur einen Kurzaufenthalt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, Service immer hervorragend. Der Besitzer spricht auch Deutsch und kümmerte sich sofort um alles, während wir erst einmal den tollen Hotelgarten bei einem Getränk genießen konnten. Selbst die Koffer wurden auf das Zimmer getragen. Der Parkplatz liegt dem Hotel gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite unter dem Weintraubengarten. Während des Aufenthalts war man stets aufmerksam und kümmerte sich sofort.

Hotel Oliva is the perfect place. The hotel was spotless. Every day our room was serviced and fresh towels and linen. Staff and owner Branco were very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 6 nights without issue. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The location is perfect and only 15ish minutes walk to the beaches and main attractions. Would highly recommend Hotel Oliva. Excellent value for money! Will return for sure!

A Little Oasis

Branko, the owner, is a real proprietor. He and his staff are friendly and helpful, and make every effort to make you comfortable from the minute you arrive. So much better than soulless corporate hotels. Even provided free parking in his garage. The location is perfect - close to the Old Town, nightlife and beaches - but not too close to be noisy. And the hotel is nicely arranged with a beautiful quiet garden at the back for drinks and dining, or even just sitting and reading/surfing. Great hotel to use as a base for motorcycle touring. This trip was with my car, but I shall return in the future with my bike for a longer period touring this stunning part of the country.

A good hotel within walking distance of beaches and the old town. The owner was great, offering us a complimentary drink on arrival and helping us plan onwards travel. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. Would recommend for a stay in Budva.

Very nice hotel near the beach and the center

Such an amazing experience at this hotel. Although we only stayed 2 nights, I was very happy. Our room was very clean and we loved our balcony!! The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend and I would definitely go back in the future

Close to the beach

Good location, friendly people, but it all ends there. Rooms were extremely dated and cramped. The bed was also uncomfortable and breakfast was nothing to write home about. There were also a lot of stairs to climb so keep this in mind if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. Seek another hotel would be my advice.
