I booked two consecutive nights both in different rooms. Second morning I woke up to a huge roach that looked now dead like it exploded with its babies, and sink was clogged. Disappointed for a Marriott property. I’ve stood 1/4 of a mile directly down street at a Hilton and was definitely do that again. Staff was super polite at Marriott.

Went to the front desk to let them know my luggage will be coming anytime since the airline forgot it at our last destination. The staff was so empathetic and kind enough to ask if we needed any toiletries and if we needed any help. I wished I got her name. They also called me right away when my luggage arrived later that day. We will be checking in to this hotel when ever we visit socal.
