The property was nice and comfortable. The tub was a little slippery and our room smelled a little like smoke but wasn’t horrible. Staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

It was loud because the highway was directly across from our room. We stayed for 2 nights but had to move to 3 different rooms. The first room was too far from the elevator because I needed mobility assistance. The 2nd room on the 1st floor smelled like chemicals, old and the stand alone ac unit was too loud which disrupted my sleep which we had to relocate to the 3rd room. Where it was much better but the furniture in the 3rd room was outdated. The breakfast was very minimal. There was no hot breakfast or any protein offered. The coffee machine was a good addition.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The downside of this hotel is the location. It is right up against the 91 FWY and an on ramp. Very noisy with cars gunning their engines. The A/C worked great. Problem was that when it turns on, it was extremely noisy. I didn't get much sleep. The hot tub was empty of water, looks like it hasn't worked for months.

Clean room and a carb breakfast is all that is needed to this location which is close to Knotts Berry Farm. The staff was helpful when room service was needed (3 days is the maximum they go without making the room).

The room was clean. The swimming pool was clean. The fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. Loved the privacy window screen. The parking lot was too dark. Several of the lights in the parking lot were not working. Toilet was wobbly. The worst and most annoying thing was that THEY TURNED OFF MY ROOM KEY at 10:45am. I was loading up my car to leave and had 2 more trips between car and room, and then my key wouldn't work to get back into the room. I would've been checking out at 10:55 but had to go stand in line for 10 minutes at the office to get them to turn my key back on so that I could finish loading up my car. Sooo annoying! Please, if check out time is 11:00am, don't turn the key off until 11:00am!

I should note that this was a last minute booking, so maybe that’s the reason it wasn’t the best, but I won’t be booking this hotel again. 1. It took 40 mins to check in. 2. The property is poorly maintained. 3. The room was fine, bed comfortable. 4. Shower curtain was so ratted at the top it was barely hanging on. 5. The toilet took about 4.5 mins to complete a flush, but not before it looked like it was going to overflow all over the floor. 6. The room was right along the 91 freeway, and we heard all the traffic and sirens as if it was in the room with us. 7. When we got to the room the tv was on and blasting cartoons— this wasn’t necessarily a con, but it was odd. 8. I was asked for my email when I checked in, which I gave them. An hour later I received a text that I was entered into their rewards program. In an area where there are thousands of hotels to choose from, choose another one.
