riu made our experience to Punta Cana easier and enjoyable. Would recommend Them in every situation . The food was also really good because we were scared about the food in punta cana in general but 100/10

I stayed at the RIU Bavaro Palace last week and had such a great time. Despite other reviews, the food was an 8/10- compared to the RIUs and resorts I’ve stayed at the food was good! The restaurants food was a 9/10 (considering its resort restaurant). The Asian restaurant was the best! Buffets were good for both breakfast and dinner. Sandra and Valentin were so helpful and made our stay worth while. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was attentive to our needs and fridge was stocked daily with refreshments. The bar had great lemon drops, those were my personal faves. People were saying the night clubs were good although i didn’t go to it. Also, the RIU pool parties were a riot. The shows were entertaining and the location was great to visit restaurants and night clubs off of the resort if you are interested in exploring. My least favorite thing about the resort was the beach, not the crystal blue waters I’m used to in dr but to everyone is different, a lot of families were enjoying the beach. Overall i give this resort an 8/10 offering something for everybody.
