"Rancho BV is so wonderful! It is one of the oldest properties in Baja! Staff is so kind and helpful — Arturo is MVP! He always had answers to any questions we had, even helped us secure a car to drive around town (his own!). The property is “tired” but very clean and well kept. "What a place! Perfectly situated between Los Barriles and La Ribera for dinner and groceries but we barely saw anyone on the beaches. The home itself is beautiful and the pool and hot tub warm. Jesus went above and beyond to help us arrange fishing and anything else we needed. Hated to leave."

"Wow! This is a magical spot and was a perfect home to unwind and enjoy family time together. The 180 degree view was so peaceful to wake up to. This home is very well appointed from the well stocked kitchen with bottled drinking water, to

chairs, kayak and 2 standup paddleboards. Fernando, the house manager, made it very easy and arranged ATV's and side by sides to be delivered to the home for a fun day of adventures. He even had wood delivered to the

"We rang in the new year at the Casa de las Sonrisas. I also turned 50 here. It was the best house and setting that we could have asked for!! It was perfect for our group of 9. The location was great – very secluded away from tourists and commotion. We had the best time. The hot tub and pool were amazing and well used by the group. The rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds. Relaxing was so easy here. We were able to see whales from the balconies!!Being right on the
