Hotel Palmas is a nice resort property on the beach. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. The room and premises were very clean and we enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants in town. We also enjoyed treatments at the small spa at the hotel.

Really nice pool, bar, restaurant and the beach is amazing. 5 star cleanliness. The only issue we had was a 5 day stay with no hot water in the shower. It was reported with no follow up. I would have given 5 stars across the board if they would have taken care of it. If they communicated back with me I would have given the staff 5 stars

Hotel Palmas De Cortez was the perfect family get away for us. My favorite part, watching the sunrise in front of our hotel room. My husband and I wake up early every morning and watched the sunrise together with our coffee. It was a perfect little date just us while the kids still asleep.
