Zuerst bekamen wir den Kontakt zu einem Hausverwalter, der die Wohnung gar nicht kannte. Die richtige Verwalterin ließ uns hinein, wollte dann aber die Miete kassieren, die FeWo direkt schon eingezogen hatte. Als dann die Klospülung kaputt war, reagiert die Verwalterin überhaupt nicht mehr. Gut, für die Baustelle vor dem Haus können die Besitzer nichts. Sie wird aber sicher noch Jahre erhalten bleiben. Fazit: top Gegend, extrem diese Wohnung! Senden
