" Hotel check in was awesome, the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. All of their front desk employees were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel lobby was in great condition and very clean. The hotel room was comfortable and well maintained. The carpet in the room was cleaned well with no smells. The ice and vending machines were working. I enjoyed the numerous cable channels and WiFi. There are many restaurants in the area that deliver food but will need to meet the delivery person for the food. In order to use the elevator you have to scan your key. Breakfast was very reasonable but there were no healthy options. The outside was a little confusing as what door to enter, but overall for the price it was worth it. The breakfast staff was not the most welcoming. The male greeter was not friendly and the female said nothing. My first concern was the shower and toilet were not disability friendly. Tub was slippery when wet toilet was super low to the floor which was difficult to manage with painful knees. My second, concern was the area where the hotel is located has changed since the last time I was in the area. I would be careful walking around alone if you are a female. Overall, this is the first hotel I encountered on your site that was not deceptive in its handling of its business. "

"This hotel has been my go to Ohare property since 2017! Shuttles are store convenient with stores and restaurants within walking distance! Will definitely stay again! "

"PROs: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, heater is working, different TV show choices to watch, toiletries ( other than toothbrush and toothpaste ) are provided, room card/key needed to use the elevator, great accessibility when flying via Ohare airport and wanting to stay ( used the tram ), there is bar, coffee shop and restaurant, CONs: carpeted rooms and hallways thus difficult to roll heavy luggages , carts can be used only by the valet/concierge, ( fyi: did not have a car this time of travel )"
