The staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to get around independently in my wheelchair. Our room was clean and comfy! Great location on Transit Rd. near stores, restaurants, and thruway. The breakfast selection was excellent.

I only stayed for a single night due to a brief trip, so I didn’t have the opportunity to try their breakfast. I booked a double room, and while one of the bed frames wasn’t in the best condition, it was still comfortable enough for a quick stay. Overall, the hotel was adequate for a short visit.

The staff was very helpful. For paying $325 for one night stay the fire extinguisher was hanging from the middle of the ceiling plus the toilet moved around on the floor. It was not attached.

Just a short drive from the Buffalo airport, this hotel was convenient, clean, and quiet. I noticed that there were several places to charge e-cars just in front of the hotel parking lot, which must be very convenient for some clients. Parking was easy, and although I left the premises at 5:00 am and did not eat breakfast there, it looked as if things were ready to go for those who needed to leave just a bit later.

The property is aging badly. The faucet in the bathroom was coming off the counter…the light fixtures has years of dirt on them…the floors were filthy…had to wear my flip flops in the room. Beds were comfy..hvac worked well. Breakfast was lacking the basics. Generally a lower end hotel that really needs to be revamped
