The pancake machine had an out of order sign on it. The signs they posted had words misspelled. The switch to the light by the bed was missing so it couldn't be used. There's a big gap under the door and the walls are thin so rather noisy. Positives: it was cheaper on a third party site and the beds were decent. "

"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing experience- we won’t be returning to this hotel. "
