OK for the price paid. Room was clean and spacious. Hot tub was "out of order" and probably had been. Guest laundry was closed. Breakfast was carb options; milk jug for cereal left on the counter during breakfast unrefrigerated so it was getting warm... no fridge in breakfast area. Parking lot was brightly lit.
