The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. "The Hotels is situated just on the outskirts of Le Mans and within relatively easy walking distance of the centre and the old town which is fabulous. There are plenty of public transport options and ample parking on site. Although the room and bathroom were of a good size and very clean the hotel itself is looking tired and could do with a little refurbishment. Ideal for a short stay. "
