Absolutely lovely stay here. Close to town and very clean. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fabulous. Would recommend booking here.

A warm welcome and a very comfortable ample room with a great view. The breakfast was first class! A short walk from a good food and ale pub in a picturesque small town.

A wonderful stay in Builth Wells, mid-Wales.
A fantastic place to stay. Eileen was very friendly and helpful and gave us a really warm welcome on our arrival. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds and a fabulous breakfast. We will definitely look to stay here again whenever we revisit the area. Can't recommend Erris Villa enough!
