The spacious and thoughtfully furnished Kanegra Apartments are located approximately 10 km from the port city of Umag in the beautiful Savudrija Bay. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in your accommodation nestled in a Mediterranean garden, just a few minutes’ walk from the pebble beach and the crystal-clear water. Since the resort is located right on the sea, it’s particularly well-suited for families who enjoy spending plenty of time at the beach. The resort offers plenty of entertainment for children and adults alike: a playground, a kids’ club, themed parties, a mini-disco, and live music in the evenings. In addition, there is a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar. Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy: bike paths, beach volleyball, and a free multipurpose sports field are available. Other sports such as tennis, mini-golf, and water sports are available for a fee.
Apartment A2BP2 accommodates up to 4 people and has a living area of approximately 36 square metres. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a living and dining area. Here, you’ll find either a sofa bed for two people or two single sofa beds. The living area also features a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing. A satellite TV is available. The drive from the Croatian border takes about 15 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The resort is located directly on a wide, sandy beach. Crystal-clear water, shady pine trees, and charming beach bars will make your stay a unique experience. Kayaks, banana boats, and pedal boats can be rented on site.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
For children between the ages of 4 and 12, a mini-club, themed parties, and a mini-disco are offered during peak season. There’s also an evening entertainment programme with live music for adults. A wide range of sports and a playground round out the offerings.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The resort features a beach volleyball court, a multipurpose playground, and bike paths. Guests can also use tennis courts, table tennis, mini-golf, and water sports for a fee. Bicycles can be rented on-site.

The resort has small shops where you can find everyday items.
MEALS
The accommodation features a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. Of course, you can also take advantage of the half-board option at favourable rates. There is a buffet restaurant, a pizzeria, and a snack bar on the premises.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The Kanegra Apartments are located just outside Umag, right on the sea. A beautiful bay and a pebble beach make Kanegra the ideal holiday spot. The small town of Umag, with its famous harbour, is a well-known centre of commerce and tourism in Istria. Long ago, the Roman nobility chose Umag as their summer residence, a legacy still visible today in the charming Venetian houses, the city walls, and the towers. In the city centre, you’ll find a wide variety of shops, ranging from boutiques to supermarkets to a shopping centre. You’ll also discover various restaurants and cafés in the charming streets of the old town. Explore Umag by bike—there are speciality shops in town that will provide you with the right equipment. If you enjoy going out at night, a visit to the Casino Elite is a great option; there you’ll find not only the usual games of chance but also good music and refreshing drinks. Visit the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic—perhaps during a bike ride. You might be lucky enough to be in Umag during an ATP tennis tournament, which takes place at the famous ATP Stadium in Stella Maris. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several towns worth visiting. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic buildings that are definitely worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani Climbing Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Seafood lovers are in the right place here! You’ll find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless ways. You’ll also find good wine in Croatia, so if you’re looking to treat yourself, you’ve come to the right place. There’s plenty of entertainment in the evenings, too. Croatians love festivals, music, and socialising—whether at a nightclub, along the beach promenade, or in a small alleyway—your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The inland areas behind the coastline offer many forests, bike paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or active travellers will find plenty to enjoy. The famous weekly markets in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula are held almost daily.
