Furnished with close attention to detail, the air-conditioned villa provides full comfort and special perks, such as the entertainment room with a pool table, darts, table football, dining, and lounge set next to a fireplace where you can prepare dishes peka style. There are 4 stylish bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, mostly on the top floor which comes with a lovely terrace with a view, just perfect for sunbathing. The ground floor is full of natural light and includes an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room.

The garden offers plenty of space for pure enjoyment out in the open. There is a swimming pool with a shower as well as loungers and sun umbrellas for relaxation in the sun. You can also have a lovely barbecue or a dinner under the starry sky and simply spend quality moments outdoors.

The villa is set in Kaštel, a village near the picturesque coastal town of Umag and a charming hilltop town of Buje, northwestern Istria. The Momjan area famous for its Muscat wine is also nearby, as is the border with Slovenia. Popular attractions within 30 km of distance include Motovun, Novigrad, Istralandia water park, and Parenzana trail. Pula Airport is less than 90km away, as is the airport in Trieste (Italy).
