Private: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (40 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (250 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 10.8 km, pebble beach 17 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The swimming pool for private use is a self-cleaning bio-swimming pool.
4-room villa 150 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with air conditioning. 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Deck chairs. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Peace and quietness

Very nice property in interesting setting with lots of art inside and nice garden outside. Owners are amazing and very supportive. We had a great and peaceful time but lots to do in the surrounding villages and may beautiful beaches in Istria. That’s exactly how we like it.
