Beautiful single-family house "Villa Sonja". Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Buje, in a sunny position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 800 m, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed.
4-room house 160 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Heating (extra). Terrace 20 m2, terrace 32 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Tolles Haus, tolle Gastgeber

Ein tolles Haus und super freundliche Vermieter. Der Empfang war herzlich und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und der Garten mit Pool und Außenküche lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wer ein Haus im Norden Istriens sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet es so alle Zimmer verfügen über TV und Klimaanlage. Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet! Ich war sehr begeistert von den gesamten Ferienhaus
